Squad Trainings & Championships

I run private squad training sessions at Brunel University. I also provide on-site coaching at championship events, ensuring my athletes perform their best when it matters most.

Rehabilitation

I offer in-person testing and rehab services at Brunel University or online. My programs combine advanced testing methods with proven rehabilitation strategies.

Pursuing a PhD in the 400m

Currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate (DProf) in Strength & Conditioning, with a research focus on optimizing 400m sprint performance.
